What Happened

We have just had our first Premier Fashion Show on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at Tempo Entertainment Center. Much thanks is given to our Photographer, Mr Jones, DJ Flemingo, MC James G., the Models and everyone else who supported this event.

Our Valentine's Party entilted "Silk Night"

was a success. Much thanks to everyone who supported this event at Bellacinos Uptown.  Special thanks to DJ Black and the crew. Party was definitely short, but spicy.  We look forward to the casting crew and others next year.

Fashion 2009, May 23rd

Venue: Afro American Cultural Center    Charlotte Uptown

This evening of fashion & music was spectacular. It started out with melodious voices such as Mondrae Williams (Contemporary Gospel) Artist, Lacee Reed (Jazz/Blues) Artist, Pianist Deloris and more. Fashion & Style then took precedence thereby showcasing one of a kind elite, yet unique styles that can only be found at boutiques such as:   Scarlett Plus Size Boutique, South Park, Diva Style Couture, Online, Just Raymona Designs, New York City, DW Designs, Charlotte Uptown and Transfigurations, Charlotte Uptown.  The styles, beauty and imagination of it all was enchanting.

Black Tie Reception, 2nd Signature event and 2nd event of the year was another fabulous, yet elegant and sophisticated evening that combine music, fashion and food. The sounds of the Jazz written and inspired by Marvin Gaye, Fitzgerald, Bloodstone & a list of many others made music into what it is now. The quality of fashion reached high above what is usually expected by us. Arte Couture exceeds your sense of normal image and blends downtown style with uptown elegance.
